Well ill try to explain it :P
1) i got a cheap halloween mask
2) covered that in tissue and PVA glue
3) then made the tissue into the shapes of the eyes and mouth and stuff on the face details
4) wait for it to dry
5) paint over it in the colours you want
and thats what i did :P
ill probly have pictures of mine on soon :D

there might be tutorials on youtube too incase you havnt looked
